Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement for Coubee, developed by Veljko Stevic. By downloading, accessing, or using Coubee, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About Coubee

Coubee is an app for couples to feel closer through shared interactions, messages, media, daily prompts, and related relationship-focused features. Coubee is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless written permission is given.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Coubee. If the law where you live requires a higher age to use online services, you must meet that higher age requirement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share account access with anyone you do not trust.

Your Content

You may upload, send, or share content through Coubee, including photos, videos, names, messages, drawings, or other personal information. You keep ownership of the content you create or provide.

You grant Coubee a limited license to host, store, display, process, transmit, and otherwise use your content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permission needed to share any content you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Coubee. This means you may not:

• harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or exploit another person;
• upload illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, or privacy-invading content;
• share another person's private information without permission;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• reverse engineer, scrape, spam, overload, or disrupt the app;
• use Coubee for unlawful, harmful, or commercial purposes without permission.

Partner Connections and Personal Safety

Coubee enables personal sharing between connected users. You are responsible for choosing who you connect with and what you share. Coubee does not control how another user may save, copy, disclose, or react to content that you choose to share with them.

Coubee is not an emergency service, crisis service, medical service, therapy service, or relationship counseling service. If you believe you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Privacy

Coubee's collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Coubee, you agree that information may be collected and used as described there.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded Coubee through Apple's App Store, your use of Coubee is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for Coubee, its content, maintenance, support, claims, or warranties, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

Coubee may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellations, and refunds are shown at the point of purchase and may be managed through the platform where the purchase was made. App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's payment and refund rules.

Changes to the App

Coubee may be updated, changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added, removed, limited, or modified as the app evolves or as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product reasons.

Termination

You may stop using Coubee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, infringed rights, misused the app, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational issues.

Disclaimers

Coubee is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veljko Stevic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, relationship issues, or unauthorized disclosure of content by other users. Coubee's total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to use Coubee in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 EUR if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Veljko Stevic from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Coubee, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as through the app or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of Coubee after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
